Course 1 - The 5 Levels of Leadership
It's no secret in the Native American Gaming Industry that the more tenured you are, the more you advance. This is a system that has proven to work in all businesses and professions and it only makes sense.
However, just because a team member is now toted as a supervisor or manager, does not automatically qualify them to lead. In fact, most all entry-level supervisors and managers only know that they "are now in charge." Using position instead of building a working relationship most always alienates them from the team and ultimately holds your facility back. CTA's 5 Levels of Leadership Course is part of the John Maxwell Team courses and will work with all team members in a position of authority to identify their current level of management. From there, this two-day class will provide employees with step-by-step instruction to help them develop into the leaders that they are capable of becoming. The skills and techniques learned in this course will filter throughout your facility as supervisors, managers and team members all begin to work towards the common goal of increased profitability, high morale, and lowered turnover.
