Do you hold classes in a certain location?

Yes, currently though, it’s your location. Our fee is for on-site training with two of our instructors and includes both classroom time and workshops.

How are fees handled?

Our class fees are pre-paid and expenses are submitted upon completion.

How are expenses handled?

Expenses including airfare, rental car, lodging and meal stipends are the responsibility of the casino.

What if we want training on another topic?

As long as the topic is in one of the five verticals, we would be more than happy to put together a customized curriculum. In fact, in the Customer Service curriculum we have programs that are much more in depth.

How do my staff members get certified?

By attending the entire class and workshop curriculum along with the summary exam, each team member will receive a Certification of Completion. We highly encourage your Human Resources Department maintain these Certifications in each staff member's personnel file.

Do you offer Advanced Level Courses?

Yes, our instructors are experts in their respective fields and are able to provide both customized curriculum as well as advanced level courses.

How do I convince Executive Management or Tribal Council that our organization needs this training?

We are happy to make a presentation about our curriculum to anyone within your facility.
